We know how to work with ATF and build a reliable, low maintenance hydraulic system that uses it. We’ve also built machines to endurance test these components for durability, contamination and accelerated life cycle testing.
Typical transmission component testing requires precise pressure control of ATF while measuring sweeping characteristics to determine hysteresis, flow, electrical and response characteristics.
In cases where the solenoid needs to be driven with a special waveform, we have used the OEM driver and also developed circuit boards to simulate the same electrical characteristic.
