We have extensive experience in the engine cooling component testing industry, having built machines for product testing radiators, charge air coolers (CAC), condensers and coolant pumps. We know how to work with water/glycol solutions and build a reliable, low maintenance hydraulic system that uses it. Mostly, these machines are built to endurance test these components for durability and accelerated life cycle testing in extreme environmental conditions.
Typical heat exchanger testing requires precise pressure and temperature control while pulsing or thermal shocking the item under test. Depending on the application we are working with air or fluids. Our hydraulic engineers consider air to be a very thin hydraulic fluid!
