We have built a variety of these windshield washer fluid heater testing machines. Machines range from manual loading and unloading to fully automatic loading. Testing involves measuring flow, temperature, current and pressure in various scenarios. The test part is placed in the fixture by an operator. In automated situations the test part is removed from a pallet and installed by a robot. The machine automatically engages the fluid ports and electrical connections and then performs the automated test. The tests consist of a leak test, standby leakage current, current draw test, heater test, and in modules with pumps, flow and presure tests. All parts are tracked with bar codes and the machine marks the tested good product for visual verification and the machine stores all of the historical data as well as upload to the plant database.
