Gasoline Fuel Injector Calibrator

Friday, August 06, 2010

This machine is manually loaded and unloaded by an operator in a production environment. It has one head for runing 8 injectors at a time for the purposes of breaking in the new product prior to calibration. There are two calibration heads that are loaded by a quick change turntable. While one part is being calibrated, the next part can be loaded and rotated into place when the test is completed.

All data from the machine is stored both locally and on the customer database for later reference and tracability. The machine cabinet lends to easy servicability, with a welded leak tight drip pan, interior light and slip free grating.
