Diesel Pump Cleanliness Bench

This fuel system testing machine is designed to operate a common rail diesel pump at low pressures for the purpose of evaluating debris in a warranty return environment. 47mm test patch filters are located at the inlet and outlet locations of the pump. An additional fixture in the same area allows individual cleanliness testing of subcomponents on the pump such as a volume control valve (VCV) and pressure control valve (PCV).
