This fuel system testing machine is designed for testing a complete common rail fuel system. It accomodates a test frame with the entire fuel system mounted to it in engine orientation. A drive motor turns the fuel pump at variable speeds, injectors are actuated and a variety of fuel measurement devices allow split shot injection volume or injection rate to be measured.
Fuel temperatures are controlled as well as pump control valves and injector timing. The test frame can quickly be changed out to test a completely different fuel system.
